Alexander Hernandez-Gonzalez, 26, attacked the victim on Tiger Shores Beach, pushing her into the water and holding her under. The victim lost consciousness and was left for dead.

The male illegal then threw her cell phone into the water and fled. The victim eventually regained consciousness and walked to find help.

Hernandez-Gonzalez was caught on Sunday. He has an ICE detainer.

Horrific ordeal for yet another innocent victim at the hands of an illegal.
