so this texas street fights channel has been going for a while now, high quality video, somewhow they have constant fights in the same area with the same police right next to them ready to stop it after its kicked off. Someone must know how this is set up, there must be some social thing where local people go to that area looking to get into fights on camera knowing its all being filmed. it just doesn't add up for me that one place has so much trouble.
