You understand that there is no First Amendment in the military? Personnel are instructed on what and how to speak, interact, and perform for the public an assemblence of unity for the military and governance. Each individual personnel is vetted before ever getting the chance to even participate in a crowd like this.

In short, anytime you see things like this, it's litteral propaganda regardless of the political affiliation.
