On his podcast with Roger Avary, Rogan criticized the Trump administration's redactions in the 3.5 million pages of Epstein documents released January 30, 2026, under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. He questioned protecting non-victims like Les Wexner, whose name was unredacted after bipartisan pressure from Reps. Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna, and tied the issue to Trump's past dismissal of Epstein demands as a hoax. The files also resurfaced graphic 2002 rape allegations against Leon Black, which he denies, amid ongoing pushes for more transparency from Congress.
