This is quite common, when the barriers come down and motorists are stuck on the rails. These idiots don't dare break the barrier and advance beyond the range of the train. No, these poor idiots are waiting for the train, so that it can do what it has to do!

Any trucker with half of a brain will know their cab is gonna get stuck on a crossing like that. Stop hiring these retarded immigrants to try and save a buck because obviously they're costing you more than you're saving by the looks of it.
