PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - A 45-year-old Louisiana man has been arrested after he tried to stop his car from being repossessed Saturday in Pier Park.

Panama City Beach officials tell us the building has minimal damages.

They say the driver is facing multiple charges.
