The Putin regime has been resorted to luring in Africans, Indians and Bengals into getting work visas. The immigrants think they're coming to work in factories due to the Russian labor storage because most oa good chunk of the workforce is dying in Ukraine. Once the immigrants arrive in Russia, they sign military contracts (in Russian) which they don't understand. They receive 3 weeks of "training" and are sent to the front as first wave Storm-Z units; probability of surviving is slim to none. The Kremlin realized that it's faster and much cheaper to use worker migrants from poor countries and Russian "undesirables" such as drug addicts/alcoholics and prisoners, as human bait so that Ukrainian troops reveal their firing positions, than using smart tactics and military tech. Once they're in Storm-Z there's no other options for them; if they run back to camp, Russian troops in the rear (second wave) open fire on them.
