St. Paul Police *TURNED AROUND* to let an anti-ICE mob storm a Hilton with agents

The police must be sued for dereliction of duty and malfeasance. The right to reasonable safety and police protection is constitutional.

City police are not like most SHERIFF'S departments.
The sheriff, and deputies answer to the PUBLIC via ELECTIONS
The city police chief is appointed by the city council, not by the citizens of
the city. If you have a leftist city council, the chief will do whatever the city
council & mayor say, to keep his high salary cushy job. And the police officers,
to keep their jobs, will do what the chief says.
That's why you see a lot of garbage like this!

We know what's wrong. It is the inaction of federal authorities. The organizers of this anarchy are known. Why aren't they arrested and charged with high treason in federal court?
