I used to work on a campus for "troubled" teens. They lived and went to school in the same building. No physical restraints we would put hands on and had quiet rooms.
A LOT of the disruptive videos you see are these type of kids that just aren't prepared to function in a public school and the public staff sure aren't trained to deal with kids with these problems
