Landlord decides to use a brick to let himself into tenants home

My crew just got done loading 2 roll off Dumpsters from a deadbeat hoarders storage spot. He went 2 years without paying and it took a lawyer and lots of $ to get his freeloading ass out of the building. Whoever thought letting deadbeats live for up to a year or more is just rewarding bad behavior. They later found a pile of court orders and eviction letters from a half dozen other incidents.
