At last minute she refuses—orders agents off her property.

"I'm Native American this goes against everything I stand for!"

"They shot a woman yesterday... and you have hand on your gun! Get off my yard!"

The woman filming was at home with her partner and 18 month old baby—with 3 more children at school.

Police told her she would be charged with "harboring a fugitive"—even though the ICE agents had no warrant.

The incident occurred in St. Paul, Minnesota.

There is the hot pursuit doctrine so technically, they can come in and apprehend the suspect. If ICE or other law enforcement agency is actively chasing someone and that person runs into a private home, ICE or other law enforcement agency is allowed to enter without consent or a warrant.

Whatever you think about this particular case, here's the thing...the police do not need a warrant to go in and apprehend a person they are chasing. They don't even need the homeowner's permission. These agents were actually being more cautious and nicer than legally necessary.
