If a protester is willing to place themselves on an open public road, any injuries sustained as a result of this choice cannot be attributed to the driver of the vehicle responsible for any injuries sustained. The protester has chosen to put THEMSELVES into that situation, specifically to impede ordinary drivers who have the right to go about their business - particularly in regard to drivers who may have a family (or other) emergency to attend.
Furthermore, due to the additional pollution created by the vehicles being held up by any such protest, the protesters shall be liable to a penalty fine in relation to the negative environmental impact that they have been directly responsible for.
This human road-block nonsense has got to stop, and the people responsible are fucking pathetic..!!»
