Gov Newscum's motto: "I've never had a problem that I couldn't make worse"
CALIFORNIA “CAN’T FIND” $24 BILLION IN HOMELESS FUNDS… BUT THAT’S JUST THE START
Duration: 1:55 Views: 2.0K Submitted: 3 months ago Submitted by:
Rep. Kevin Kiley is torching California’s leadership after the State Auditor found they somehow lost track of $24 billion meant to fight homelessness.
As if that wasn’t enough, they also somehow let $32 billion vanish through unemployment fraud, and managed to double the number of state agencies now labeled “high-risk.”
That’s nearly $60 billion just gone, either wasted, stolen, or “misplaced” while California’s streets are flooded with tents, crime, and failing services.
Where did the money go, and why isn't anyone in handcuffs?
Rep. Kevin Kiley:
“There’s rampant fraud, abuse, and mismanagement when it comes to Medicaid, SNAP benefits, un-insurance benefits.
All of this comes on top of the incredible fraud and mismanagement that we already know about: the high speed train where there has been no track laid in 17 years spending $18 billion dollars, the $32 billion during COVID (unemployment, insurance fraud), and $650 million on a cancelled 911 next-gen system, it was cancelled because the technology wasn't there.
So California is absolutely under this governor, the fraud capital of the U.S., and this is exactly the model that Governor Newsom wants to take to the rest of the country.”
