<p>A woman with a lung issue was slammed face first into the concrete when an unknown caller informed the police a woman was walking around OUTSIDE without wearing her mask. The video above shows the cops response. According to bystanders, the woman did not enter any stores and did not engage in any conversations with a single person. The woman was simply walking around and enjoying some fresh air as the man who recorded it shared on his social media account.</p>
