<p>When Mayor DeBlasio executed his mandate declaring no one without vaccination shall be allowed to dine in a restaurant or go to a movie or a whole host of other social events, he surely must have known the largest demographic of unvaccinated is the black community. Under this unconstitutional mandate, blacks and Hispanics have been again deemed outcasts from eateries all over New York City. As this man describes, they can't even go into a Burger King and get service.</p>
