<p>A wild scene on a California Freeway in Carlsbad as car were backed up not because of an accident, because of bags of cash that had fallen out of a armored truck. Cars stopped, people got out and picked up massive handfuls of cash in this viral video showing the mayhem that took place once people realized it was cash in the roadway. "There is a lot of video evidence of people picking up the cash, so we are going to be following up on every lead that we have," said CHP Sergeant Curtis Martin. "We did arrest two suspects on the scene. Those two suspects accidentally locked their car so it was blocking lanes of traffic, so they were still here when officers got here. So they're in custody," said Martin.</p>
