From the father Farzin Yazdani

"Deep thanks to
@ProjectVirginia
—your action may have stopped something far worse.

Loudoun CPS ripped our 1-month-old breastfeeding baby from her innocent mother at gunpoint, based on maliciously defamatory hearsay from a bitter ex in a custody dispute.

No emergency. No investigation. No due process.
These illegal removal orders were dismissed at the 5-day hearing—because they had no legal grounds.

This is not child protection. This is #StateFundedFamilialDestruction.
We’ve been terrorized by #LoudounCounty CPS, and my family has been through hell.

This fight isn’t just about us—and it’s just getting started."

«Funny his name, Farzin Yazdani, didn't trigger the usual Xenophobia. Any other time you'd all call him a GoatFucker but in this case it suits you to overlook this one detail.»

«CPS wants to kidnap children from parents by sending an EMAIL to a random email address sent to one the school has on file. You'd think something at this severity would be a little MORE FUCKING FORMAL. :getlost:

I don't know what this case is, and there's a good chance the parents are scumbags and the child SHOULD be taken away, but at the same time, I do know there have been plenty of cases of CPS taking children away from parents they should NOT have. In fact, CPS (or whatever equivalent is in other areas) has a mf reputation of being FECKLESS. There are COUNTLESS records of them "investigating" blatant and horrible abuse cases and leaving the children there until it's too late and they die, as well as records of them taking children away from parents for pathetically petty reasons. They do NOT do their job. :getlost:

This is a good example of how most of the time, they don't actually have any real legitimate case and just try to SCARE people into acquiescing. They count on people not resisting since they have no leg to stand on, and standing up to them would shut them down and force them to have to either actually get a legal order or just gtfo.

«@twwbmn I did a bit of research and it looks like his ex-wife abused the system to take their son, which make sense since women almost always get custody no matter what; we've seen courts grant custody to literal drug-addicts over good fathers just because they were the mother. And now with the baby girl, it's probably because he's Iranian and the moldy citrus-fruit that's president has a rage-boner for Iran even more than all the other non-whites, so the administration is happy to fuck him over. Apparently, they've gotten their kids back for now, but the system is trying to destroy them with legal-fees, hence the fundraiser.»

«I worked in a trauma therapy private practice that focused primarily on children. A lot of our patients were children seized by the State so I had to interact with CPS case workers on a daily basis. Every single one of them was a fucking retard that had zero qualifications. The turnover rate is incredibly high (they all quit within a few months) so the State hires anyone they can get their hands on, resulting in a workforce comprised of incompetent temporary employees. I lost count of the times I had case workers just abandon their kiddos and vanish without any warning.»

«@Omega13 yup. Try working with state surveyors who know everything they just read in a book the other day.»

«@Omega13 It's the same with every job these days. How many times have we seen photos of math teachers marking shit wrong because they didn't actually understand the math and were just blindly copying whatever it said in the answer-key? A substitute-teacher is one thing, but stuff like this is dangerous.»

«@twwbmn I had a mixed bag haha My calculus I-III instructors were all grad students who took weeks to grade our assignments and exams because they had to go through each problem step-by-step plus they moonlighted as tutors, but then my discrete mathematics professor was a fucking tool who literally read the textbook to us and couldn’t answer a question to save her life. A significant portion of the lectures were us (the students) pointing out where she was making mistakes in her examples.»

«I wouldn't give that shifty tattooed bitch anything but a size 13 in the ass . All of her stooges shambled off when told what to do . Glad I don't have kids . I would kidnap the abductor of my hypothetical kids and mail them a piece of her every week.»

«@BWR Not surprising. When the government wants something, they'll take it no matter what. And good luck exercising your "rights". The courts have punched a million loopholes into your rights. And if you try to exercise the 2nd amendment to defend yourself from the corrupt authorities, they'll call you a terrorist and exterminate you (and maybe the whole block).»

Still I have no respect for shitty police work.
