At 4 a.m. today, Israeli forces raided a five-story building in Al-Tur, East Jerusalem, forced Palestinian families out with barely anything in their hands, and demolished 10 apartments

— leaving around 70 Palestinians without their homes. The families had spent years facing demolition orders and enormous fines while authorities refused to grant them the permits they needed to build legally.

This is Ben-Gvir’s politics. This is what he wants people to see before they go to the polls: Palestinian homes coming down, Palestinian families being pushed out, more land taken from Palestinians, more violence, more domination.

And that is exactly why we cannot leave politics to people like him. The alternative is ordinarily Palestinians and Jews fighting together on the ground and building political power for equality, safety and peace. We will put an end to the ethnic cleansing, displacement and oppression

"They had no prior notice" she says. Ten families still all alive tells me they did.

Should have demolished it with them inside it. I'd love to see every single Palestinian in the world put in the ground.

Israel has already offered the Palestinians a state of their own, and not just once, but on five separate occasions?

1. 1937, The British offered them 80% of the disputed territory, the Jews the remaining 20%. Yet, despite the tiny size of their proposed state, the Jews voted to accept this offer. But the Arabs rejected it and resumed their violent rebellion.
2. 1947, the UN voted to create two states. Again, the Jews accepted the offer and again, the Arabs rejected it.
3. 1967, the Arabs led this time by Egypt and joined by Syria and Jordan, once again sought to destroy the Jewish state. The 1967 conflict, known as the Six-Day War, ended in a stunning victory for Israel. Jerusalem and the West Bank, as well as the area known as the Gaza Strip, fell into Israel’s hands
A few months later, the Arab League met in
Sudan and issued its infamous three-NOs,
no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel,
no negotiations with Israel. Again, a two-
state solution was dismissed by the Arabs.
4. 2000, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak met at Camp David, with Palestinian Liberation Organization Chairman Nasser Arafat, to conclude a new two-state plan. Barak offered Arafat a Palestinian state in all of Gaza, and 94% of the West Bank, with East Jerusalem as its capital. But the Palestinian leader rejected the offer. Arafat was here 14 days and said no to everything. Then the Palestinians launched a bloody wave of suicide bombings that killed over 1,000 Israelis and maimed thousands more, on buses, in wedding halls, and in pizza parlors.
5. 2008 Israel tried yet again. Prime Minister Ehud Omar went even further than Ehud Barak had, expanding the peace offer to include additional land to sweeten the deal. The new Palestinian leader, Mahmoud Abbas, turned the deal down.

Israel has gotten numb to the ferocity of their attacks. I understand that everyone wants to kill them. I also understand there the super strange ultra-orthodox Jews, Jews that aren't so radical and then the ones that just want to live their lives in peace. If someone blows up a bus, Israel destroys their family's homes. They had to do something after the October 7th attacks but I think they've made their point. At some time, all of this crap needs to stop on both sidees.
