ICE in the wrong this time: crossed the road boundary (possibly enough space there and reserved for parking), then turned without a blinker and finally did not give way for the upcoming vehicle, which was already in it's/right lane.. Just to begin.. At 0:13 a vehicle "coming" from the opposite direction can be seen.
