A man in Japan jumped from an 11th-floor balcony in a suicide attempt, landed on a 23-year-old woman walking down the street, and KILLED HER.

HE SURVIVED.

Hora Inaba was simply walking with friends in Nagoya when the man fell directly onto her, killing her in an instant.

Now her father is demanding MURDER charges, arguing that the man knew pedestrians were below and jumped anyway.

More than 45,000 people have backed his petition.
