BREAKING: New report of Sewer / Manhole people.

NYPD, firefighters, and EMS responded early Sunday to a report of people entering a manhole on W. 141st Street in Hamilton Heights.

A witness told police three men went underground on W. 141st and Amsterdam just before 1 a.m.

Investigation continues.
