I heard around $5 trillion in aid given to Africa last 40 years by the West. Money spent on education is mostly wasted as most of these people are uninterested in learning and, quite frankly, unteachable.

Maybe the government of France hasn't spent enough as it should have on education. There is an obvious way to reduce per pupil expenditure though.

To your description I never gave thought as an adult WHY we have aide for africa? Africa doesn’t DO anything. It doesn’t benefit our foreign policy. If we want anything in africa we can just go take it…

@Lemmiwinks All it is doing is creating hundreds of millions of africans that will eventually move to and ransack the West. It would be good if it at least kept them over there
