A CITY COUNCIL IN IOWA JUST OPENED ITS MEETING WITH A PRAYER TO SATAN, AND I CAN'T BELIEVE I EVEN HAVE TO TYPE THAT. The invocation at the Ottumwa city council meeting reportedly ended with the words "Hail Satan." This is a small town in the heartland, not some coastal college campus. When a community starts letting the devil lead off its public meetings, something has gone badly wrong with the people running the show. Ottumwa residents deserve answers about how this got on the agenda and who signed off on it. Pray for that town today, because they clearly need it more than ever

"No man... nor any book, will ever teach me
What I need to know
No man... nor any book, will ever teach me
What I'm longing for
Only the creature... living inside of me
Could show me the meaning of life

You'll never see them do this kind of nonsense with nonwhite Christians, always with the White ones, because really they're just Antiwhites pissing on Christianity in the context of it being the religion that Whites adhere to.

@Theocritus

There are millions of non-white Christians...

I genuinely don't care if you worship the devil or if you're ghey or a tr4nny In your home! What I do care about is publicly opening with a satanic prayer pushing the ghey agenda and tr4nnys twerking for kids at public librarys!

I remember Founding Fathers telling the public to keep the Church and the State separate.
"a wall of separation between Church & State."
That was the whole thing when The United States were made. Freedom from the old rulers:angel:

Founding fathers like Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, & Benjamin Franklin were deeply influenced by the Enlightenment. They firmly believed that religion should be a private matter of personal conscience, not a duty mandated by the government.

From their Facebook page:
"City of Ottumwa, Iowa - City Government
It is very clear that many of you have watched at least the first two minutes of the October 6 City Council meeting.
We have been fielding calls all day about the invocation given at this meeting. Some calls have been cordial, while many have been rude and full of profanities.
An invocation policy was passed on January 20, 2026, that started the practice of invocations at regular meetings.
We cannot discriminate against a denomination and everyone that is invited to perform the invocation has followed the correct protocol.
We are not informed ahead of time what will be said for an invocation nor do we automatically endorse what the speaker is saying. We encourage everyone to review the policy."

In conclusion; These demons created a policy, not backed by any law to praise Satan in a Christian nation!

Galatians 6:7-8
7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

Lame excuse for those too weak to stand for Truth and Righteousness.

Every one of those council members, and those in attendance, will have to one day give an account as to why they did not speak out against this abhorrent example of a "prayer".

With freedom of speech and freedom of religion, even the devil can have words to spit. The city council had to upheld the Constitution and the First Amendment, so the members present couldn't and should've not express anything to violate the rights of that troll and/or Satan-worshipper.

@howwonderfool

There has been the followed idea of " Separation of Church and State', but it was never meant to be taken as, " Separation of God and State".

A prayer to promote evil, or anyone, or anything, evil. is not covered by the 1st Amendment when speaking outside of one's own personal practice.

He is speaking for something evil as a representative of the public when being allowed to control the opening presentation of a public forum.

@Cripple Unless him committing a crime with that, the city council had to go with it. Or make a rule, no prayers there _by anyone_ publicly. The founding fathers, first congress members did not foresee the future of such degradation we have today, and factually made it possible for every citizen (white males of age at start) what they've lacked in Europe, and wanted in what became nowadays United States.

The world has worse. Way worse.
