@Galaga Most of those systems can intercept and destroy missile going above a certain speed. Drones are too slow for that. Russians try to develop that capability, but I think they have not that many "evolved' Pantsirs, and I doubt those to be really effective, probably having mixed results with drones.

@MarGarTar That statement originates from Belarusian dictator-president (prior war) and was about capturing Kyiv in 3-4 days. Western media amplified this shit-talk to ridicule Russian army, but despite Russia shows way less, than it had been expected before - they are not alone: Vietnam, Cuba, coups in Turkey, Afghanistan, Iran - to all fairness it's worth mentioning Ukraine should have failed looong before if not for the sly NATO aid.

Also, Russians have 20% of once Ukraine, what has 50% of rare earth minerals - so USA can have the rest* - and manpower is on their side.

*And time will come sooner than later the US wanting to actually mining those minerals, without on ongoing or possible future war. Russia having that nuclear arsenal it has, that won't be happening unless the US lets the Jewkrainian regime hand go.. They'll have a deal eventually - probably when ethnic Ukrainian men between ages 18-65 are either killed off mostly, or already living in other European countries, even the US with not wanting to return and die.

US and Israel gained that Russia is seemingly out of their way, Venezuela, Cuba, Syria, Iran, asn.; but if not the Russians will laugh (painfully) in the Russo-Ukraine war, I guarantee no one is going to.
