a botched electrocution, and the supreme court said double jeopardy didn't apply and was executed at a later date.

USA imports these lethal injection cocktails from Europe. Many flat out refuse to ship them in the required concentrations or to any buyer with "Department of Corrections" and the like in their names.

I wonder if the manufacturer or maybe one employee intentionally sent weak doses to cause this fuckup. I am sure they are not tested beforehand.
