@tommix1 How so? Flock camera laws are handled specifically by state or by city level. The president has no authority to order the removal of local cameras. Also, under the US Constitution's system of federalism, president CANNOT micromanage local municipal polices. So your statement contradicts the idea of a 'constitutional-minded president' because if he truly follows the Constitution, he will allow the states or cities to handle the issue themselves.

@ManyFacedGod So you are for surveillance? The 4th amendment is what it is and the system is an abused concept already. The camera feeds are sold to anyone or any entity in the world with $ including the 5 eyes.

@tommix1 Is that what I stated? I don't like it either. I'm simply pointing out the fact that neither the president nor the federal government has the authority over Flock cameras unless Congress passes a law to ban them.

She shuld sue everyone involved... I used to work in corrections and know how cruel these people can be...give someone power and they will surely abuse it...one way or another
