The UFC middleweight champion took to social media Monday night, sharing that he had just been involved in a crash going 60 miles per hour. Visibly dirty and bruised, Strickland described that his friend, Chris, was the driver and that Strickland had hit his head on the ground without a helmet on.

On Tuesday, Strickland posted video of the accident and immediate aftermath, with Strickland's friend seen driving and then going unconscious upon exiting the vehicle.
Aside from some visible scratches and possible bruising, Strickland and his friend seem to have miraculously walked away unscathed.
