The debate topic for this specific segment was the claim that there should be an unemployment tax.

I'm confused, ( which is easily done, I know), but was he trolling her, or did he really not know about Debtors Prison?

@Cripple No shit it's easy! She asked if he knew what it was, he responded by listing the Soviet's version of it. She acted like it proved her point, which is confusing, because it didn't. Whether it was a troll or not, can't say.
