The footage appears to show the driver with his hands in his lap and nodding just before the bus crosses the road. Moments later, the bus leaves the roadway and crashes into trees. Additional video shows passengers being thrown from their seats during the impact.

Dunwoody police have charged the driver with failure to maintain lane and distracted driving. MARTA says the driver and two passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries and the agency is reviewing the incident.
