A motorcyclist was killed in Vietnam after a large tree suddenly fell directly onto him as he travelled along a road.

Graphic video footage shows the rider moving along the roadway before the tree collapsed into his path, striking him and his motorcycle.

The impact left the motorcyclist trapped beneath the fallen tree.
