1. company needs to spend on DEI employment for showing off, and for liberal tax benefits (no "problem" they have the money, passengers pay the price indirectly)
2. company hires/employs/trains DEI worker
3. the 70 IQ DEI worker causes damage, and worse (for the company) it's on camera, and goes viral
4. the company has to pay for damages, but it's the only DEI employer there in the "profession"
5. company is raising the prices, because they are absolutely not going to get lesser profits out of the 'industry", and won't employ less DEI workers ("the case clearly showed there is a desperate need for another DEI hire"
6. GOTO #1.
