There have been 18 American deaths with this conflict.

Including those who died by accident.

But over 6,000 Iranian Guard members have been killed, including 2 whole levels of their leadership that the current ayatolla is in hiding in some cave.

The Iranian people want their country back, away from Muslim rule.
