Cop at 0:27 casually shoos away one of the "participants" (pushed away before), instead of incarcerating her black ass. So many instigators there, and not even direct attackers (like the one mentioned, and which got tased but no effect, due to her clothing) being restrained.. Policewoman useful as usual.
