@kma8675309 lawyer argued the kid's size is enough to warrant him avoiding prosecution. Like I get everyone is entitled to a defense, but their defense is immunity to punishment based off stature. Ffs they are arguing a "must be this tall to go to prison" like its some kind of carnival ride. Put them in a psych ward and throw away the key. I hear those places are worse than prison.
