@JeffHirtle He hand cuffed her and put her in the back of a cop car, that's not punishment. Criminal damage, reckless driving, and trespassing each have their own punishment attached.
Criminal damage - fines, imprisonment, or restitution to the property owner.
Reckless driving - fines, imprisonment, or license suspension, depending on the state.
Trespassing - if its a misdemeanor, fines, up to 1 year in jail. Felony it can a be longer prison sentences, higher fines.
The cop has zero to do with punishment.
Tell me you failed civics class without telling me.
