ALERT: 2 missing minors were found in the car of a man whom the police arrested at gunpoint outside of a restaurant.

Francisco Hernandez was arrested outside of Eddie’s Taco House in San Antonio, Texas, by multiple state and local law enforcement agencies.

The US Marshals Service had a warrant for Hernandez’s arrest for a felony parole violation.

During the arrest, authorities found 2 missing juveniles that Hernandez does not have legal guardianship of.

The case remains under investigation.
