Some kids allegedly got rowdy, after which the driver stopped the bus.

 

Students were stuck on the bus for about an hour before the incident

Illegal restraint, kidnapping, attempt at hostage taking. The bus driver didn't think that through.. And all that for some loudmouth teenagers on the hormone roller-coaster..
