This is how the Democrats get their people jobs. They divert our tax dollars into growing and strengthening their ranks. Who is going to oversee the program, who is going to clean up after these homeless shooting wads on the walls? It'll be the Democrat Hispanic cleaning ladies making $30 an hour, and it'll be the college graduate White lady making 150k a year managing it. These people are also Leftist activists who show up at protests. It's part of the job description. It's likely that a significant portion of the funding will come from the federal level. Red States are paying for this too, via the money we send to the IRS.
