I was a responsible pitbull owner, ALWAYS had my boy on a leash. The 4 dogfights he got into was everyone of them was off leash on the streets! After the first one I would just let go of the leash because yanking on the leash would impair my dog from protecting himself! And I did jump right in to stop it but that was hard and I got bit as well!

if this guy was just being retarded and let his dog attack another friendly dog I would be tossing his dog accross the field then wipping his ass. If the dog came up to his in a agressive mannor or he tried to do something to prevent a friendly dog from coming over knowing his dog is agressive then he's totally fine.
