Police are asking the public for help in finding the person who sprayed "expanding foam sealant" into 2 Flock cameras in Irmo, South Carolina.

The public has allegedly submitted over 40,000 tips like:

"I drove by with my windows down, sneezed, it must’ve hit them!"

"I heard he had a cape!"

"I was told his name is Robin Hood, and I'll be damned if Sherwood Forest starts snitchin' "

@Terry85mar Just like the radar/speed cameras. All people have to do was fight them in court and ask to cross examine the witness. Camera can't show up to testify and it was tossed out. On top of that the money was being sent out of state and to 3rd party people so the revenue wasn't local. They took them all down within a year.
