Northern Virginia woman says federal agent pointed gun at her

BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, Va. — A Northern Virginia woman says a confrontation with federal agents left her looking down the barrel of a gun.

Carolina Molina says the encounter happened Monday afternoon in Baileys Crossroads.

Molina is a licensed counselor who works with immigration lawyers, conducting psychological immigration evaluations for their cases.

Molina says she was visiting immigration lawyers in the area when she saw federal agents arresting two men.

"On the sidewalk were two agents that had two Latino men arrested in handcuffs, and they were walking them to an unmarked vehicle. So, I rolled down my window and was like 'you guys are messed up'," she said.

As she got closer to the lawyer's office, she saw more agents.

"I just told him, you know, I called him a hoe, and then he said, 'F you', and I said 'F all of you', and then I kept going," said Molina.

In dashcam video shared by Molina, you can hear her yell, "You're a hoe, you're f---d up". She is then seen turning around and driving back the way she came. All of a sudden, one officer pulls in front and blocks her, while another pulls up behind her. The officer who blocked her pulls his gun, points it at her through the window, and yells, "Are you following us?"

Molina says, "no I'm not, I'm leaving cards".

The officer responds, "This is a warning. Stop following us, this is your warning. Yea record us. You almost ran us over".

They go back and forth, as she says she didn't almost run them over.

He threatens to arrest her. She asks for what, and tells them that she's a legal citizen.

She proceeds to tell them that she has a dashcam as the officers return to their vehicles and leave.

Even with calling him/them names following them is just an allegation (even if there is no previous encounter shown, if happened). Following, recording for listing ICE vehicles and members is an ANTIFA, anti-ICE tactic, which can endanger members of ICE, and their operation, this already took tolls on both sides. Yet, this time ICE shouldn't have taken the bait; but man up instead of intimidation. Cussing at them is not a felony; should have left go by their ears, not raising voice, acting as an angry, fearful whiny little bitch, meanwhile pointing a gun at her was a mistake..

Good -time of the day-, Mme! Few seconds ago you've shouted cusswords at us. Why were you doing that? We are fulfilling the laws to be held by anybody. You may not like it, and you are entitled to voice your opinion by the very same Constitution which is the base of our operations too. We did not came after your car because of that though, but because recently some citizens are actively registering, recording and following us, acting as an organized group, to belate our work, which needs to be done. Removing, deporting illegal aliens, who committed crimes - coming and staying into the United States illegally is also a crime alone - is lawful, and it's been done under the previous administrations too and to say, in large numbers. So. We have to be sure you were not following us, or you would stop doing that. You can criticise us, you can demonstrate against what we are doing, but we are doing our job by law, whether someone likes it or not.

And with that the ICE agent(s) would have seemed like a polite, rational man/men, not like an easily offended, capable only of yelling, overgrown psychotic toddler, having roid rage.
