The Metropolitan Police said the 47-year-old suspect had been arrested on suspicion of assault and possessing an offensive weapon. She remains in custody

You cannot reinforce someone's delusional mental state and NOT expect it to go sideways. Most transmissions need mental health care, not massive doses of hormones and genital disfigurement.
