I'd say about $100 to make your own. So, as far as mixed drink prices go, it a really cheap drink.
Most 6 oz drinks with 1 oz of liquor cost at least $6. Bars and restaurants make 20 drinks (if they are generous with the 1oz pour) per 5th. So, with 1 liter bottle, about 30 drinks, that comes to $180 minus the mixer price.

$180 x 4 = $720 , minus about $120 in liquor cost, $40 in mixer cost = $560 /2 = $280 profit in single drinks compared to the $190 profit made in that one huge drink.
