He's real damn gay and the congregants like him that way. He could tell them he does them dry and they would just pray for KY.

You don't need edgy cuts and spooky music to see this guy is a demon.

this is who I was raised on, kenneth copeland. there were others but he was the main one my mom watched. He was on my my tv screen every day as a child. My mom would buy all the anointing water, and prayer cloths and trinkets they sold. Complete garbage. This guy sold his soul to the devil. my mom still thinks he is the epitome of a good christian.

@HitlerWasBased

He had his hooks in me too when I gave religion a second shot. I was raised Catholic, drifted away, then met a girl and gave Protestantism a go. Trinity Broadcasting Network was on constantly. Copeland, Jesse Duplantis (the guy featured here a couple weeks ago), Ravi Zacharias... I bought into their bullshit—and I literally bought their bullshit.

I'm sorry you had to grow up with that. And yeah, I do think it's abusive to raise a child on manipulative religious grifters who promise miracles, prosperity, and divine favor in exchange for money or unquestioning faith.

That said... I STILL have a few T.D. Jakes clips sandwiched between songs on my workout playlist.

The man can give one hell of a motivational speech, even if I don't buy the theology anymore.
