i stopped half way through.... after 7 years of therapy if u still need therapy u need to stop and think what ur doing to make yourself that different and start forcing urself to live differently and do anything for an actual job even if its a love job to start with, u need to meet different people in a different environment even at a st. vinnies or similar, get involved to take ur mind off watever problems u have atm, and progress slowly that way.. if u dont physically try to change things for yourself no therapist can help u.
