A man died after being taken into custody by North Las Vegas police following reports he was randomly firing an AR-15 in a neighborhood. Police said he resisted arrest and became unresponsive. No one else was injured.

Needed to get him under arrest to stop him.

Anyone of those shots could have hit anyone, especially a child.

You can't just go shooting hi-powered rifle bullets where there are houses in the line of fire.
