She simply needs to declare that she identifies as a 56 year old.
I see people under 55 all the time in those places. Just the other day I saw a woman in her 30's with 2 kids.
Disgusting pig had to wear the swim team hoodie to flex the last time she worked out 30 years ago. Not fooling anyone bitchhhh die soon
If she identified as her Chihuahua, she'd be about 145 years old, so no issues.
HOAs are a thing because you're not allowed to "discriminate" so instead to have a nice place to live you have to set up a community with tons of rules that the problem people aren't going to be able to follow.
I'm sad, and I'm jealous there's another like me doing what I do. The bitch hasn't even got a parent to tell her what time to be home! FUCK HER! GET HER OUT.
That ugly, manly looking pug gives too much a shit about the more attractive girl's situation than her own.
I would have to see the contract language that was agreed to when the father purchased the home. There must be some sort of transfer clause that can be enforced. As for the chick, you have a tax free profit from the inheritance. Sell the house and go live with people your own age.
People don't know they can refuse to sign the HOA.
I used to do house sales closings for a title company.
We were told, rightfully so, as it isn't an notaries' place, that we were never to inform anyone of that. ( among other things)
Most just signed, but I did a few that wouldn't. Of course no real estate agent would say anything to stop the sale, but some sellers would get worried the sale couldn't be recorded, thinking in error that tge HOA had a lien interest.
