This guy is speaking like a person who hasn't "been there". Charlie shirt moved because the round struck the edge of the plate carrier and the plate that he was wearing and you can clearly see it f****** move underneath his shirt.That's why a shirt moves like that.And then th3 bullet tumbled into his neck.

If you watch a close-up of his hole in the neck and scrub video back and forth fast, you will notice the hole moves smoothly horizontally. It is very bizarre, something is very fishy.
