This DESC hell hole allows drug use in rooms and attracts vagrant from across the city.
Neighbors say it inevitably flows into their community, triggering an inordinate amount of 911 calls compared to other buildings.
This is the typical track record for all permanent supportive housing in WA.
Neighbors always suffer and see a drop in property values.
Homeless INC and the builders don't care since they're profiting off taxpayers.
Tell your lawmakers this is unacceptable.

The way you get less homeless is make it really uncomfortable to be homeless. There's a reason why these localities that are smart have many laws on the books regarding sleeping on the street and enforce those laws. Otherwise, you get crap like this.

Seattle has created conditions that cockroaches like, and then bemoans the cockroach problem.
