BUSTED: London psych nurse hit with a BUI after struggling with life jacket and field sobriety tests on July 4th weekend

Sarah Steel, a psych nurse from London, had her holiday weekend cut short when Texas Parks and Wildlife officers pulled her over on the water.

She was wearing her life jacket improperly and had trouble counting backwards.

Once on board the officers' boat, they made her play patty-cake with the female officer before placing her under arrest.

Steel was arrested for Boating Under the Influence with a .144 BAC.

These tests are ridiculous, and designed for you to fail, so a cop can establish probable cause to arrest you. In California you can refuse any physical or eye tests and even the preliminary breath test. You must only submit to a breath test AFTER you are arrested for dui. REFUSE THE PRELIMINARY TESTS AND INVOKE YOUR RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT...!

Adults dont have to wear life vests, just have them on board. And If she wasn't driving the boat, the charges are screwed.
